Permanent makeup pigments can be used on many body areas, including the eyebrows, lips, and as eyeliner for cosmetic application or as camouflage in paramedical applications. However, using the appropriate pigment and technique for each area is essential. For instance, we recommend using Quantum PMU lip colors for lips rather than for eyebrows.
